Open my frame

Shift D

Close original

Add new layer

Fill with red

Apply Fine Leather texture

Apply mask
Merge group

Move below frame

Click outside of frame with magic wand

Expand by 2

Invert

Add new layer

Fill with white

Apple Fine Leather again

Paste tube

Duplicate

Delete on bottom tube

Select none

Crop bottom of top tube

Add name

Add copyright info

Crop and Save
