Remember to save often!!!

Resizing elements is as desired, 
depending on the size you make your tag

Open new canvas 800 x 800

Paste frame element 82

Select open area using magic wand

Expand by 8

Invert

Paste paper 6

Delete

Paste  tube

Duplicate

Delete on bottom one and move below frame

Select none

Crop bottom of top tube

Use my tag if needed as guide

Now add other elements of choice
