Crop before saving

Paste mints yellow paper 
Apply mask
Merge group

Paste orange paper 

Using selection tool - eclipse

Draw out a circle

Invert

Delete on paper

Invert

Expand by 20

Invert

Paste candy blue paper

Delete

Select none

Paste sweet word art

Paste tube

Crop anything below word art

Paste phrase word art of choice

Add any other elements you want

Type name out

Apply copies - tile with gap of 1

Crop to orange bg layer

Add CR info

Crop & Save
