Okay, let's get started

Remember to save often!!!

Resize elements as desired depending 

on your tag size preference

Open 800 x 800
Crop before saving

Use my tag as a guide if desired

Fill layer with gradient of choice

Paste paper 3

Change blend mode to luminance (L)

Merge together

Duplicate and close for now
If you want to use as pattern for name 
like I did copy and paste as new image and use as pattern

Apply mask

Merge group

Paste element 100

Apply noise at 50

Paste element 48

Paste element element 39
Click inside frame with magic wand
Expand by 5
Invert
Click delete on closed layer from above
Move up in layers pallet so it's right under frame
Paste element 16
Delete
Paste tube 
Duplicate
Delete on bottom tube
Select none
Crop bottom of top tube

Now add elements from kit
