Filters Unlimited 2 - Paper Texture  -  Papyrus

Okay, let's get started

Remember to save often!!!

Paste cluster frame

Re-size canvas to 800 x 800

Crop when tag is finished

Select open area of frame using 
selection tool - point to point
Add new layer
Fill with color of choice 
Paste close up mirrored tube
Delete
Select none
Apply paper texture to bg if desired

On tube change hue to 0 and sat to 0
Paste tube

Move to right area

Lone bottom of tube up with frame bottom

Add name

Add copyright info

Crop & Save
