Okay, let's get started

Remember to save often!!!

Re-sizing elements is as desired, depending on the size you make your tag

Paste frame 2
Click inside using magic wand and expand by 5
Invert
Paste paper 6
Delete
Paste mirrored close up tube
Delete
Select none
Duplicate tube
Change opacity of bottom tube to 50
Change blend mode on top tube to soft light

Now add elements of choice

I Used

butterflies 2
flower 1
mushroom 3
ribbon 2
tree trunk
sparkle 1

Add name
I used gradient of purple and blue

Add copyright info

Crop & Save
