Okay, let's get started

Remember to save often!!!

Re-sizing elements is as desired, 
depending on the size you make your tag

Open new canvas 800 x 800

Use my tag as guide if needed

Paste frame 68
Click inside frame with magic wand
Expand by 3
Invert
Paste paper 1
Delete
Paste close up tube
Delete
Select none
Apply scan lines to tube layer

Paste element 49
Duplicate
Move one to top and one to bottom area
Merge
Move to bottom

Now add elements of choice from kit

Paste tube and move to right of frame

Add name
I used a different color for each letter

Add drop shadow

Add copyright info

Crop & Save
