Okay, let's get started

Remember to save often!!!

Re-sizing elements is as desired, depending on the size you make your tag

Open template and shift D

Close original and re-size canvas to 800 x 800

Crop after tag is done

Delete info, stars and text layers and rearrange template like how I have mine

We are going to start at bottom and go up

Circle - float then fill new layer with gradient of blue and green from tube
Invert and paste close up tube that is mirrored - delete
Paste frame 3 and re-size by 70%
Crop bottom of frame off

Bars - select each bar separately using selection tool
Invert and paste paper of choice
I used papers 8,9,11
on original bar layer at gradient glow using white and black
Apply noise at 50 and drop shadow

Type out rocker chick in solid color
Convert to raster
Float - expand by 2
Add new layer and fill with white
Apply noise and drop shadow
Move below text
Merge together

Paste paper 1
Apply mask
Merge group
Move to bottom

Now add elements of choice from kit

I used

music notes speakers
ribbon 2

Add name
Apply noise

Add copyright info

Crop & Save
