Okay, let's get started

Remember to save often!!!

Re-sizing elements is as desired,
depending on the size you make your tag

Open new canvas 800 x 800

Use my tag as guide if needed

Paste frame 88

Click inside frame with magic wand

Expand by 10

Add new layer

Fill with black

Invert

Paste paper 1

Delete

Lower opacity to 40

Paste mirrored close up tube

Delete

Select none

Paste paper 9

Apply mask

Merge group

Move to bottom if not already

Paste element 37

move to right below frame and bg layers

I colorized mine

Paste element 63

Crop lantern off pole and place on element 37

Paste other elements of choice

I used

Add name

Add copyright info

Crop & Save
