Okay, let's get started

Remember to save often!!!

Open a new canvas 800 x 800

Crop when tag is finished

Re-size elements as desired

Paste element 20

Paste element 10 and re-size just so it fits frame opening

Use my tag as guide if needed

Using magic wand click inside element 20
Invert
Paste paper 10
Delete
Paste mirrored tube
Delete
Change blend mode to luminance (L)

Paste tube and move to middle to right side 

Now add elements to tag

Apply mask
Merge group
Apply noise at 20

Add name
Apply noise at 20

Add drop shadow if desired

Add copyright info

Crop and Save
