Okay, let's get started

Remember to save often!!!

Open new canvas 650 x 250

Paste tube and center

Apply copies filter - wallpaper

Apply bubbles filter

Paste tube and move to left side

Add border 4 #9c0774
Apply noise at 30 by selecting with magic wand

Add border 10 #411361

Paste larger tube and move to right
Mirror

Now using preset shape - diamond
Draw out a diamond 
Convert to raster
Apply copies - line

Float diamond line
Add new layer
Fill with #9c0774
Apply noise at 30
Modify - contract by 3
Add new layer
Fill with #d6aadb

Close original diamond line

Use my tag as guide if needed

Add name

Add copyright info 

Add border of 2 #9c0774
Magic wand - noise 

Save
