Okay, let's get started

Remember to save often!!!

Open a new canvas 800 x 800

Crop when tag is finished

Paste wire

Paste word art

Paste frame 1

Re-size so it's inside word art

Use you magic wand and click inside frame

Expand by 5

Invert

Delete on wire layer

Paste tube

Duplicate

Delete on bottom tube

Invert again

Add new layer and fill with color

Select none

On top tube crop bottom part of tube

Paste fireworks 1

Move to left

Duplicate

Flip

Mirror

Move to right

Merge together

Move to bottom in layers pallet

Paste lips and move to bottom right

Add name

I used gradient of red and blue and also applied gel effect

Add copyright info

Crop & Save
