Okay, let's get started.
Remember to save often!!!

Open template

Shift D

Close original

Re-sizing items is up to you as it 

depends on the size of tag you want

Use my tag as guide for placement and re-sizing if needed

Follow these steps 

1. Select layer

2. Float

3. Invert

4. Paste paper

5. Hit delete

6. Close original

Start at bottom layer and go up

Merge duplicated layers together

squares - paper 1

circles - #761c1c 

Paste tube and crop for each side

Change blend mode to screen and apply scan lines

rectangles - metal gradient

Apply noise at 10

round rectangle - #a49c50

Apply FU paper texture - stripes

circle - #761c1c 

Apply FU paper texture - papyrus

Paste frame 7

Move it above circle 

Paste tube

Duplicate

Move one below frame

Crop bottom part on top tube

Float circle layer

Invert

Crop bottom tube

Now add elements of choice

Once you have elements where you like them

add a drop shadow to layers

Add new layer and fill with gradient of #761c1c and #a49c50

Apply Mask

Merge group

Move to bottom

Add name

Apply gel effect

Add copyright info

Crop and Save
