Okay, let's get started

Remember to save often!!!

New canvas 800 x 800

Crop when tag is done

Paste frame element 60

Click inside frame using magic wand

Expand by 4

Add new layer and fill with color of choice

Invert

Paste diner element 24

Delete 

Paste tube closeup

Delete

Paste regular tube

Move to right side of frame

Duplicate

Delete on bottom tube so all excess outside frame deletes

Select none 

Change blend mode of close up tube to screen

On top regular tube crop bottom part of tube

Now start adding elements of choice

Use my tag as a guide for placement if needed

For element 20 I moved in front of frame and added text to mine but this is totally up to you 

Add new layer and move to bottom
Paint splatters around edges using colors from tag

Add name

Add drop shadow to layers

Crop and Save
