Okay, let's get started

Remember to save often!!!

Open template and re-size canvas to 800 x 800

Crop after tag is done

Close info layer

Now for each layer of template you need to 

colorize to match your tube

For tube I used Hue 141 Saturation 252

Once you have the template colorized 

go to the horizontal rectangle

Float

Add new layer

Fill with pattern from tube

I just use section of skirt as pattern

Now for the circle layers

Float

Invert

Paste tube

Delete

Duplicate

Mirror

Merge together tubes

Invert

Add new layer

Fill with pattern texture of choice

Change blend mode to screen

Apply scan lines to tube layer

For the side rectangles 

Float

Invert

Paste tube

Delete

Duplicate

Mirror

Merge tubes

Change opacity of tube layer to screen

Now add new layer

Fill with white

Apply mask

Merge group

Move to bottom

Add name

Apply copies filter

Tiling - default

Float center rectangle layer

Invert

Delete on text layer

Add copyright info

Add drop shadow to layers

Crop & Save
