who have a good working knowledge of psp.
Okay, let's get started
Remember to save often!!!
Open cluster frame
Re-size by 80%
Not all layers checked
Add new layer and move below frame
Fill with gradient of two colors from tube you will be using
Apply Mask
Merge group
Paste tube
Duplicate once you have it where you like it
Crop bottom copy to just bigger than frame size
On top copy crop the bottom of tag so only the head is out of frame
Sharpened tube one time
Paste tube image
Using selection tool select open area in circle area
Add new layer and fill with color choice
Invert
Delete on tube image
Move below frame if not already
Change blend mode to overlay
Add name
Apply noise at 30
Add drop shadow to layers
Add copyright info
Crop & Save
