Okay, let's get started

Remember to save often!!!

Open template

Shift D and Close original

Delete info and stars layers

Re-size canvas 800 x 800
Crop before saving tag

Re-sizing items is up to you as it 

depends on the size of tag you want

Steps to follow
1. float
2. invert
3. paste paper
4. delete
5. select none
6. close original

Paste paper 09

Apply mask

Merge group

Move to bottom

Merge the two flourish layers together

Float

Invert

Paste paper 05

Invert

Apply bevel

Scalloped circle - paper 01

Black circle - paper 08

Inner frame - paper 05
Apply bevel same as before

Triple frame backgrounds - paper 05
Duplicate and apply bevel
Lower opacity to 50

Paste tube while still selected and crop
how you like each frame
Merge tube layers
Change blend mode to screen 

Paste tube again and rotate
I rotated mine 80 degrees left
Move to bottom area

Now add elements of choice from kit
