Okay, let's get started.

Remember to save often!!!

For this tag we are going to use items from G & G folder

Open a new canvas 700 x 600

Paste paper 12
Apply mask
Merge group

Paste frame 3
Click inside frame and expand by 4
Invert
Paste paper 7
Delete
Paste tube
Duplicate
On bottom tube hit delete
Select none
On top tube erase anything outside frame area at bottom
Move the bottom tube below the frame

Paste heart balloon and move to left side of frame
Duplicate
Move one below frame
On top one erase spots so it looks like balloon is around frame

Paste cupcake and move to right area

Paste heart scatter and move below frame 

Paste frame 1 and re-size and place on left of cupcake
Duplicate and move below frame
On top one erase section so looks like heart frame is hanging on other frame

Paste flower 01

Paste any other elements from this kit or any of the other kits in the collab

Add name
I applied noise at 10 and then gel effect

Add copyright info

Save as PNG
