Close original

Delete info layer

Re-size canvas to 800 x 800

Add new layer

Fill with gradient or pattern of choice

Apply Mask

Merge group

Move to bottom

Colorize bg layer to match tube if needed

Paste tube

Move to left side of template

Float bg

Expand by 4

Add new layer

Fill with silver

Apply noise at 30

Contract by 5

Delete

Select none

Add drop shadow and move above bg layer

Move ribbon element to left

Select and float white star bg

Invert

Paste close up tube and crop part of flag into stars

Add name

Add copyright info

Crop and Save

Start at the bottom and go up

There are a few basic steps to follow

1. Select layer

2. Float

3. Add new layer or invert

4. Paste paper or fillwith color

5. Hit delete
6. Apply gradient glow and noise at 30 to original layer

Go HERE if you aren't familiar on my way of adding gradient glow using EC 5 Impact

gg/n = gradient glow and noise

Add new layer

Make gradient of two colors

Fill new layer

Apply mask

Merge group

Move to bottom above bg layer

rectangle lines - blue and red fill with noise at 30

circle - gradient of red and blue then duplicate an apply bubbles to top layer and noise

black rectangle - paper 1

stars - blue fill plus noise

dotted lines - gradient fill

small squares - gradient + tube

change blend mode to hard light

Now add elements of choice

solid circle - paper 14 + gg/n

rectangles - paper 2 + gg/n + text of choice

small scalloped frame - paper 2 + gg/n

small circle - paper 2 + tube (luminance L)

small solid circle - solid circle - paper 14 + gg/n

fasteners - delete and use element 85 and 74

Paste tube

Mirror

Move to left of frame

Paste bird from tube and place on rectangles

I cropped mine off of the chest and mirrored

Now add elements of choice

Using the preset shape tool
Make a circle
bigger than the one we already have

Keep circle as a vecter
Click text tool

Click the right center of circle when
you see the A on a curve
and write saying of choice.

In layers pallette click the plus sign
for the circle and text layer
Hide the circle
Convert to raster

Add drop shadow to layers of choice

Follow these steps

Start at bottom layer and go up

red rectangles - paper 6

thin rectangles - leave as they are and add outline by expanding by 2 and filling new layer with white and adding noise at 30

lines - paper 6 and white outline same as above

oval - paper 5

rectangle - leave as is but paste tube on left
crop and duplicate then mirror
Merge tubes
Apply scan lines using default setting to tube layer

Now start pasting elements of choice on tag

I used 

decor 2 - on both sides of tag

grave - in middle paste tube and have her sitting on grave stone

heart 2 - re-size and place where stars were

ribbon 2 - bottom of tag

skull key - left bottom of tag

sparkle 3 - paste below main tube

winged heart - right bottom of tag

Add text to top left and bottom right 

Add name

Paste tube and re-size to medium

Apply copies filter using wallpaper (rotate)

Apply mask

Merge group

Move to bottom

Apply paper texture if desired

We are going to start at the bottom layer (in layers pallet)

and work our way up the template following the steps above.

First merge duplicate layers together

medium pink circles - FU papyrus

small pink circles - FU cotton

black rectangles - paper texture

small pink squares - black texture paper

pink rounded rectangles - blue pattern

black rectangles - duplicate

type text out and apply copies filter - tiling

float rectangle then invert

Delete text layer

black circle - apply color dots

large pink circle - gradient of two colors and apply scan lines

**Remember to add gradient glow and noise to the original layers**

Paste tube 

Duplicate

Apply gradient glow and noise to bottom tube

Add name

Apply gradient glow and noise to bottom tube

Add copyright info

Crop & Save
