Open new canvas to 800 x 800

Open my supplies and shift D

Paste mask layer into new canvas

Paste bg layer into new canvas and place where you like it

Paste frame and center over bg layer

Paste tag and move where you like it

Paste tube of choice

If your tube doesn't fit frame area crop or move below frame and crop

Add name

Add CR info

Crop & Save

Not much to this tutorial since I supplied elements for you but feel free to add more stuff or colorize or do something unique to make it your own

I did it Facebook Timeline size

Fill with color of choice

I used #121414

Paste bg I supplied where you like it

Lower opacity to 48 and change blend mode to overlay

Paste Tube

Move to right

Paste close up tube

Mirror

Move to left but not all the way

Lower opacity to 15

Paste ribbon and place where you like

I cropped the pumpkin from my tube and mirrored and placed in corner

My close up tube had bg showing so I floated it and cropped bg layer

Add name

Add CR info

Paste scatter layer and move below frame

Duplicate

Lower the opacity to 50 or so

Using selection tube select area just bigger than the opening of frame

Add layer

Fill with color choice

I used #70655b

Now go back to scatter layer that's lower opacity and move above the bg layer

Paste tube
Place where you like it

Duplicate

Move one below frame

Crop and excess that's outside frame

On top tube crop bottom part of tube so the top part is left and outside frame

Use my tag as guide if needed

Add any other elements of choice or mask layer to tag if desired

Add name

Add CR info

Crop & Save

Duplicate

Apply shower door 2 times to bottom tube

Now apply Mosaic - Antique

Default Settings

Add new layer

Move to bottom

Fill with color of choice

I used #cb2a46

Apply mask

Re-size by 85% or your choice

Lower opacity to 83

Add drop shadow to tube

Paste stars and mirror and move to right if desired

Add name

Add drop shadow to name

Add copyright info

Crop and Save
