Okay, let's get started

Remember to save often!!!

Resizing elements is as desired, 
depending on the size you make your tag

Open new canvas 800 x 800

Paste frame element 62

Click inside of frame with magic wand

Expand by 5

Invert

Paste paper 5

Delete

Paste tube

Duplicate

Delete on bottom tube

Select none

Crop bottom of top tube

Move bottom tube below frame

Select frame

Float

Expand by 3

Add new layer

Fill with light grey

Add noise at 50

Move below frame

Use my tag if needed as guide

Now add other elements of choice

Add name cropping each letter of your name off alpha sheet

Add drop shadow to layers

Add CR info

Crop & Save
