Remember to save often!!!

These are the basic steps you will need to follow

1. select layer
2. float layer
3. add new layer
4. fill new layer with color
5. apply filter or texture
6. Apply gradient glow to original layer
Go HERE if you aren't familiar on my
way of adding gradient glow using EC 5 Impact

Open template and shift D
Close original
Re-size all layers if desired
Delete info and word art layers

Open my supplies and shift D
Close original

Copy may supplies to template canvas

Move mask layer to bottom and place word art where ever you like

Rectangle - follow steps above and fill with gradient and apply tow the line filter
Apply gradient glow to original layer and noise at 30

Using selection tool select stars area of rectangle
Add new layer and move below original rectangle layer
Fill with solid color from tube
Apply noise at 30
Select none

Star - love frame and bg layers together in layers pallet
Move so star is more to right if placing word art as I did
follow steps again and fill with solid color
Add another layer and fill with gradient as a texture
I used a checkered texture by Dee HERE

Float star background
Paste tube
Delete on bottom tube
Select none
Crop bottom part of tube on top tube

Duplicate star frame and apply gradient glow to original one and apply noise

Add name and duplicate
Apply gradient glow and noise to bottom copy
Apply gel effects to top copy

Add drop shadow to layers of choice

Add copyright info
