Enjoying the Day




This tutorial is for those with a good working knowledge of psp.

Supplies Needed

Tube of choice, I used artwork by Suzanne Woolcott.
Scrapkit, "Mon Petit Jardin " from CMDesignz .
Font of choice, I used Ability Black (PTU).
Mask of Choice.


Let's Begin!

Open Supplies and minimize in PSP.

Open New Canvas to 600 x 500

Set foreground to white and select rectangle tool with the width of 10.
Draw out a rectangle like mine.

Magicwand in the middle of rectangle and modify expanding by 3.
Invert.

Paste elements of choice and then hit delete.

For the grass like mine I used the one in the kit and
duplicated it and mirrored it and then added more grass
using the grass tube that comes with psp.

On bottom layer add raster layer and fill with a
color of choice and apply a mask.

Add tube to basket and crop excess off.

Add copyright info,and name.
I took a piece of the balloon and used it as a pattern for my name.

Add drop shadow to layers.

You are done!

Font of choice, I used Crooked.
My Supplies : template and mask layer and words layer (made by me),
and fall bg image are supplied.
Texture Effect, I used grain fine.


Let's Begin!

Open Supplies
Resized Canvas to 700 x 700
This will give you room to move around
but don't forget to crop excess when done.

On large rectangle layer go to selections and float image and then defloat image and invert
Move the fall bg image that's supplied where you like it, then hit delete and select none.

On frame layer go to selections and float and then
defloat then add new raster image and fill with color of your choice.
I used #746e52 and then added texture effexts, texture, using grain fine texture
(supplied just add to texture folder if you don't already have it).

On circle, medium rectangle and long rectangle layers go to selections and float and then
defloat then add new raster image and fill with color of your choice.
I used #b48a42 on circle layer,#dfa955 on medium rectangle layer
and #4d582f on long rectangle layer and then applied same texture as above.

Add Tube and place where you like it.

Add copyright info,and name.

Add dropshadow to layers.I used 0, 0, 50, 8, black.

That's it!

Lazy Day





This tutorial is for those with a good working knowledge of psp.

Supplies Needed

Tubes of choice, I used artwork by Suzanne Woolcott.
PTU Scrap kit, "Beautiful Dreamer" from Creationz by Jo.
Font of choice, I used Scrap Round (PTU).
Template, I used Template #107 from Dezigns by Ali.
Optional Plug-In : Xero : Porcelain (default setting)
Grass tube - usually supplied in psp.
Scenery Image for behind tubes - your choice.


Let's Begin!

Open Template
Shift D
Resized Canvas to 700 x 700
This will give you room to move around
but don't forget to crop excess when done.

Delete the two long rectangle layers.

On bottom layer selections and float image and then defloat image and invert
C/P the paper of choice then hit delete and select none.

Do this for the frame backgrounds as well, just use scenery image instead of paper.
Optional Plug-In : Xero : Porcelain (default setting)

Add Tubes.

C/P bridge,rainbow,cloads,bugs,and grass then place where you like
then select bottom layer again and float image then invert and on bridge,cloads and rainbow hit delete.

I lowered opacity on bridge to 70.

C/P bow,doodle,birdcage,bird,heart trail,and star element, resize and place where you like.

Place Doodle like mine and duplicate it and mirror and flip image.I colorized the doodle and heart trail.

I used the chain from the star element for my birdcage by cropping the star off and adding my birdcage.
Place bird below the cage layer.

Add any other elements of choice
Add copyright info,and name.
Add dropshadow to layers.

You are done!
